Booking & Payment
•Bookings cover the use of the studio space and its listed amenities only.
Included amenities:
•Additional items such as tables, chairs, tableware, décor setups, and catering are not included and must be arranged by the client.
•For a more seamless experience, bespoke packages can be curated to include setup and styling, tailored specifically to your event, at an additional cost.
•All bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Dates are not held without payment.

✨ Bespoke Event Packages
For clients who prefer a seamless, fully managed experience, Tarawoye Studios offers custom-curated event packages tailored to your vision.
Our bespoke packages can include:
•Event styling and full setup
•Catering services
•Photography coverage
•Videography / content creation
•Table settings (tables, chairs, tableware, décor)
•On-site coordination and assistance
Each package is thoughtfully designed based on your event type, aesthetic, and guest count, ensuring a cohesive and elevated experience from start to finish.
Kindly note: All bespoke services are quoted separately and require advance booking.

Duration of Booking
•Bookings are strictly for the selected time slot. Setup and event time must fall within this period.
•A 1-hour grace period is provided after your event for pack-up and clearing.
•Overtime beyond the grace period will be charged at R3000 per hour.

Security Deposit & Damages
•A refundable R2000 security deposit is required prior to your booking.
•This will be refunded after inspection, provided no damages or policy violations occur.
•Clients are fully responsible for any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment.
•Any damages exceeding the deposit will be billed accordingly.

Cleanup & Studio Use
•The studio must be returned in the condition it was received.
•All waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Failure to do so will incur a R1000 cleaning fee.
•No smoking, candles, or open flames are allowed unless approved in writing.
•Noise levels must remain reasonable and respectful of neighboring spaces.

Liability & Vendors
•Clients are responsible for their own liability during the event.
•Tarawoye Studios is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
•All external vendors (decorators, caterers, etc.) must adhere to studio guidelines.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
•All bookings are non-refundable.
•Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
•Cancellations within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of payment.
•In unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Restricted Activities
•Activities that may damage the space (e.g., paint, glitter, excessive water use) are not allowed without prior approval.
•The studio may not be used for unlawful activities. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.

•Access is limited strictly to your booked time slot.
•A studio representative may be present to ensure compliance with policies.

Photography & Media
•Tarawoye Studios reserves the right to document the space for promotional or archival purposes, excluding private or sensitive moments.

Force Majeure
•The studio is not liable for disruptions beyond its control, including power outages, natural events, or government restrictions.
